Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason.<\/p>

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.<\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:<\/p>

by providing a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter) of your decision to cancel this contract.<\/p>

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.<\/p>

Consequences of the Revocation<\/strong><\/p>

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice of cancellation.<\/p>

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to issue the refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed.<\/p>

Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

In the case of a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:<\/p>

  • the service has been fully provided and<\/li>
  • the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance of the service may begin before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and<\/li>
  • the consumer has confirmed that he is aware that, by giving his consent, he forfeits his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.<\/li><\/ul>
